What is the matter with the main Laplace library? Most of the personnel there seem uninterested. When I went there the last time and asked a question of the man at the front desk, he didn't even have the good manners to ask if he could help, or even acknowledge my presence. The library is supposed to be a knowledgeable place where people can at least lead a patron in the right direction. Seems to be changing too much with people who are not the least bit aware of what a library is supposed to be. Not a good image for Laplace.....
